Different than the usual bar or tavern in northern Minnesota. The Good Life offers a trendy and artsy atmosphere with unique food. A little pricier than the usual cafe on main street, however, the food is made fresh with healthier ingredients and a chef that seems to enjoy experimenting. You cant get the meals from the Good Life anywhere else.
I will start by saying that our food was great. Fresh, quality ingredients well put together in my sandwich and the wifes meal. However, when we arrived we easily found an open table yet waited 25 minutes for our server to appear despite making ourselves known to the 4 servers working. Then drink service was slow, I just don't get it. Serve ME!!!
