I hate being negative but our experience here yesterday was awful. My father doesn't eat meat on Saturdays for a personal sacrifice he gave up when he was a teenager. He ordered a pizza with mushrooms, black olives and tomatoes. It came back with sausage. Waitress Savannah apologized and took it back and we thought, honest mistake. Nope. She then came back to our table and told us manager was not going to honor out request for a new pizza because the waitress is now saying my father said sausage on the pizza (we had a table of 6 - everyone heard him and he obviously did not say that). She made my father feel embarassed and awful and said the manager is insisting we pay for both pizzas. When he told her how upset he was she pretty much stared at us and offered no solution. Let it be known they did finally tell us we didn't have to pay for the pizza they messed up (duh - why would he pay for something he didn't order) but by that point we waited a good 25 minutes for his pizza and the waitress didn't hold back on her eye rolls and rudeness to our table. Never going back again. Will make sure everyone I know going to Frankenmuth avoids this place. Again... I hate being negative but when I see my father shamed and treated so poorly... I will fight back as a customer by leaving a bad review.

I would never go back. Beverage order was wrong. Ordered a hamburger and it was charred beyond belief. Server apologized and told the manager who never came over nor was any adjustment made to my check. I literally had to break pieces of charcoal off (burger) in order to eat some of it.The service was so bad I knew I would be there forever if I sent it back. Service staff/management - aloof and borderline rude. Dont try to substitute anything as it is not permitted. You must eat it their way or not at all. First time, last time. Waste of time and money

Unforgettable! Chicken caesar salad is huge, delicious. The staff is phenominal and should get a raise. Our only complaint is the cramped seating inside and out, and the bees outside are a problem even for the staff.

I would give the food a pass on a rater scale of negativity.They had a good customer service however the ambiance is unwelcoming and pretty much a fish market, no room for a rendezvous dinner. I believe their pizza had all the ingredients however majority of the pile up was left-overs from a last night unappetizing meal. Tiffany's is loosing its one touch at meal and soon becoming capitalized on deals, such that one day there will be no deal-sad:(
