Horrible awful place. The "locals" don't take kindly to you having fun or dancing on what they think is "their" dance floor. I found myself being harassed, and picked on for being overweight as the local little girl who got in my face called me. She told me my butt was 6foot wide and took up too much room on the dance floor. Her boyfriend grabbed my arm and told me I had to leave! I didn't do anything but try and enjoy my night out with my husband. Apparently having curves and not being ashamed of them offends and threatens these girls. They tried to turn a great night into a hateful bully session. Beware this bar! Children who think they run frankenmuth frequent it. Don't waist your time, head down to Tiffanys!! Also the dj is a grumpy old man who hates requests. Makes sense right!?
We read several non favorable reviews about this is a place prior to deciding to give it a shot anyway. Don't make the same mistake we did. The bartender was very nice. That's about it. The dj is a 60 year old man who actually gets upset if you make a request. The owner (or maybe son of the owner) is a creepy townie who sits in the bar drinking all night. This is who we read all of the past reviews about-and here we witnessed they were true! We watched as he harassed, argued with, and then drunkenly followed patrons to their hotel. Very scary indeed. For someone doing business in a tourist town, perhaps he should look into hospitality.

This place rocks if you get Al Chia. That guy is as nice and is on his game as they come. The younger skinny dude was okay too, but the young, fat guy (Mike?) gave extremely poor service, tried to hurry us when paying and then told my wife she could get the F out if she didn't like it. I've been a patron there for about 20 years. I have taken friends and family (large groups) there for quite some time. I haven't been back since.
Great time. From Detroit, recommend this place over any other!
