Absolutely most unprofessional staff and management. Manager was possibly drunk when he came to the table and failed to address the issue that we had not received the correct food oder. Instead gave us free wings, which we did not order, and clapped his hands running around the store saying "alright team". What a sad excuse for a restaurant.
For the last three weeks no PBR, what's up with that? Last week I ordered MGD for my back up and was told they were out of that. The Manager came by a few minutes after I said I didn't want another choice and wasn't going to order anything but would stay until my party was done eating. He brought me a MGD and said sorry for the mix up. He even went back and looked for some PBR but couldn't find any. I told him I would be back next Thursday and would expect it (PBR) from now on. LOL. I go to Wild Wings (Bdubs) every Thursday whether I'm in Michigan, California, South Carolina or anywhere in between. No Longnecks at this location either, proly should think about ordering some. Out in Cali near the Marine base (Camp Pendelton) the PBR Longnecks are a very big seller. I say Buffalo Wild Wings give it a try, I think you'll be surprised at how many people will drink it. Lots of young women I see more and more are drinking it all the time.
Not worth it. It took a long time for the host to come up and seat us. Then the waitress sucked and it was almost a half hour after we ordered to get our food and at the time of this posting we still don't have our food and frankly that is not acceptable. A guy sat down at the bar and ordered wings after us and got his wings way before us. Lexy was our waiter and she avoided us because it was taking so long. Trust me I would have as well. Sad time for our visit and we eat at other Bdubs very regularly and can tell this location needs help.
Best place in Big Rapids one of very few places open on Sunday
The food was good but found a hair in the breading of my wife s chicken sandwitch and forgot 2 items on my sandwich and our first was waitress was getting us a booster seat and never returned.
