I've been here several times. Great private rooms, fantastic song selection, hilarious videos playing in background. The people working are uniformly nice and enthusiastic, and if you're lucky you'll get to pet their cute little dog with the dyed tail! Such a good place!
Went to this place a couple weeks ago and was disappointed. It had all of the potential in the world being a BYOB private room karaoke place, but the lady working it made the experience a disaster. We initially put down 85$ for a room and then were told we had too many people and we had to pay 10$ each. The night ended up costing over $250 for 25 of us to sit in a room with karaoke.

I completely disagree with the other review. A group of 5 of us celebrated a friend's birthday here last night and had no experience with a rude man. We dealt with the wonderful lady there. She was so friendly and talkative and even gave us free treats. The room was awesome complete with COMFY leather couches, a big table, disco lights with mood lighting, big tv, an awesome sound system, 2 microphones, and a tambourine. This was the best night out I have had in a long time. We all enhoyed ourselves immensely and will definitely be back. For the record, we did not get ripped off. The only 'additional charges' I can think of that could appear on someone's bill is if they lingered for longer than the hour they paid for. They had tons of American hits in the book, but they also have Japanese hits, Chinese hits, and Filipino hits...I don't think that's so bad at all. I highly recommend it! Although if you're gonna go, go on a weeknight as it's hardly busy at all. The lady says they are busiest on the weekends.
man ... the owner(asian lady ??) dont know how to run the business at all she just try to rip u off ..... dont ever go there again !!!!!!
