The good news was our food was fantastic, literally fantastic. I've been to bdubs all over and this one, the food was really on point; however, this was the WORST bdubs I've ever been to for service, by far. The hostess boy, I understand it's December 21st, on a Sunday, during the Ravens game-- when I'm putting my name on the list and asking, "how long is the wait?" Your response, shouldn't be a long, drawn out response on how you won't give me any sort of time, you don't have any vibrating pagers, you won't take a phone number, as you slouch and hunch over the hostess stand like I just walked into your hangout and you're telling me me to leave. Like sorry, am I interrupting your hangout sesh while you watch the ravens game in your man cave? I swore this was a buffalo wild wings. Then, our waitress was boring, uninterested, unintelligent, unclean (like girl, take a shower), and overall just performed her job to the bare minimum. Any less of an effort would have been impossible, she truly was a gem in the lazy and sloth category. Best for last though. The manager who came to our table to ask how our meal was, went out of her way to ask my friends 10 year old sister if she wanted a coloring book. She, of course, freaked out and was like, "yes please please please." The manager returned 20 minutes later after we had finished our food, paid the check, and were literally getting up to leave with a coloring book. Why did you even ask? You ended up making something out of nothing. Again though, the food was amazing and some of the best bdubs I've had. Sucks when you have a great kitchen staff backed up by a horrible waitstaff and customer service platform.

Wings are always banging and other food is OK. Place is SUPER packed during game times but pretty fun to watch football games or UFC fights!!

This is the best Bdubs I've been to. They actually have really good servers from my experience. I've probably been here 10x since moving to the area 3 months ago. It gets packed sometimes doe, call ahead. 1/2 price apps 3-7 weekdays. Holla

Just went here, we stood around for 5 minutes before we were even greeted, oh wait.. we weren't.. my wife had to go up and then we weren't even given a time expectancy.. there was plenty of tables left and a random guy just said he "had things to do" so it would be 10 minutes.. we left right after.. oh yeah, when I went there a few months before.. there was a hair in my ranch dressing

Not too bad, it's your typical wing place, but in my opinion the quality isn't there. Still delicious! Drinks are okay in my opinion... A little lack of flavor.
