One of my favorites in Easton
Great food! Great service! Dinner was wonderful- burger w/ blue cheese was incredible....however, the best ever was the BB BLT-w/ fried trout. This is the best sandwich in the world.....well, at least Maryland. Soft, chewy roll, tomato aioli, thick-cut (but not too chewy, just right) bacon, and the delicious trout. OMG. I look forward to my next BB BLT. I'd drive back right now if I could. But I must work,...to save $$ for my next trip to Easton, and the Brasserie Brightwell. You must go....I mean it!!!!

We have had great experiences at Brightwell's. We are continuously satisfied with our meals, staff, and atmosphere. One of our favorite hang out's that we will continue to go to.
Great food and service. If the weather is okay eat outside.
