We went in to see the horrible service all of the reviews had given. I could tell they were understaffed, but the employees were very kind. Our order came out promptly and exactly like we ordered. The assistant manager was very polite as we were leaving the store. Give them another chance.
We stopped at Dairy Queen in Goodland on the way home. The experience was terrible. We ordered our food, paid and then waited for the food. The employees and other random people were wandering in and out of the kitchen carrying personal drinks and food. One of them was carrying a baby too. The last straw was when the cook came out of the kitchen, used the restroom without washing his hands and went back into the kitchen. We left without taking our food. My next call is to the state health department. Do not go to this Dairy Queen
2 dirty people work there/creepy looking/walking around looking drug induced staring at walls/ ignoring customers. Has to be the weirdest dairy queen I have ever been in. I walked out in disgust.
ordered side salad, burger, fries & shake. 1/2 hour !! later I got a burger with 'salad' handful of iceberg lettuce - nothing on it,not even dressing - it was so ridiculous I took pictures. check out the salad on their menu picture: full green leaf lettuce, carrots, tomotoes, cabbage. talk about bait & switch. they forgot my shake. 5 girls all ignoring customers. we were doing a pitstop on way to Denver. did not have time for the terrible slow service. 8 customers were lined up behind us. BTW - the sanitation was deplorable. Trash cans overflowing. filty floors. one girl cleaning an open ceiling panel right over the food prep area. How can you have FIVE girls all working and no customers being served, and no food being prepared???? Franchise owner, wake up.
It was very disorganized and extremely slow ice machine was out and floor was dirty employees were dirty and manager sat on her but in office
