Love the idea of having a BBQ place in town. Unfortunately, I've eaten there 2 times now, and both times there were serious temperature issues with the meat. The potato salad wasn't taste inspired at all either.
I haven't heard any other locals rave about the place, and until I do, I doubt I'll be back for another try.
It's now the Shotgun and the food the same, you still eat from plastic plates but the prices have gone way up. Too bad too. It's walking distance from my house. Think I'll be walking to China Garden.
I have eaten at this place every time I am out that in that part of the state. The food there is some of the best BBQ I have ever had and with great service to go with it. I will recommend it to anyone and continue to eat there when I travel out that way.
The food was decent. baked beans were nothing special, tasted like bush's. Would have like to have a couple of beers, but watress never came back.
