Found some pennies and they're cool wit it
I visited the State St Store one afternoon with a problem with a sliding glass door. I was assisted by Carl (I believe last name Missi) & couldn't have been more pleased with his willingness to talk thru my problem & how maybe it could be fixed. He never once made me feel like I was bothering him with my questions about several things I was needing help with. He was patient, efficient and knowledgeable. Employees like him are your most valuable asset !! You can advertise all you want but if I get good customer service at a place of business I will not only return but I also will recommend it to others. Thank you Carl. I got my door fixed and came back & purchased paint & paint supplies also.
