I had a horrible experience I ordered online for delivery. One hour later I called and asked about our delivery and was told it's on it's way. So I left my mom's house and was thinking she and the kids will finally get their pizza until she told me they still had not arrived, so I called again and was told my pizza was sitting out so they remade it and will be sending it right out, I was frusturated by this point so the guy said they would give me something for my trouble and send the cookie as well. Ten minutes later the pizza delivery guy says they don't deliver to our house the manager told him not to deliver this has been accumulative of Two and half hours going on three. I discussed with the manager our troubles and he hung up on me. I have escalated this matter with Papa John's customer service and no one has done anything or contacted me back about this matter. I will not be eating at Papa John's again from now on I will stick with Pizza Hut.
My food was cold. i have no clue why because it aid 15-25 minutes and I got there in 8 considering I was right next door. The service was terrible right along with the food. I'll stick to pizza hut
