The service was slow. We were there almost an hour for two salads. The girl who took our drink order never came back. My husband had to go to the back and get someone. The girl at the bar came and took our drink order and food order. I ordered iced tea and water, he ordered diet soda. We both ordered Caesar salads and mine was nothing but greens and grilled chicken. No egg, No dressing. Dry. I asked for dressing and a man brought out a small container which had dressing running down the side. Messy. By this time we had been there about 45 minutes so we ate and I intended to finish my meal with the iced tea. At first sip I could tell it was WHISKEY polluted. There definitely had been whiskey in the glass. I told the girl who had brought it and our food (she also was the girl behind the bar), and she said she didn't know "how that happened." I refused the offer of another glass-- we had already spent an hour there. When we paid the bill, she took our receipt away with her and my husband had to go get it from her because we had already decided we were going to take the survey about the service. The whiskey issue should be investigated. Anyone with a drinking problem could be harmed. This is not the first time we've had poor service at this location, but it seems to be getting worse. Usually it's just slow service and wrong orders.
Pathetic service - I actually walked out once due to rudeness of staff. Food made my daughter sick last time we ate there - Run from this place! Nasty service & food! Rating -F
Seriously. How did this place get 4 stars. New management needed. Lots of training for cooks and servers needed. The owner needs to check in on this place and have dinner. He\she would fire everyone.
Been to this place many many times and I always enjoy it. I have rarely if ever had a bad experience here
Wasn't really impressed with the food choices. Over the last few years, I have had many of the dishes they serve and it always tastes like reheated food. Save your money!
