My husband and I visited this Chili's on our way to a concert at Klipsch Music Center. We ate at the bar as we always do, and we ordered chips and salsa along with each of us having a beer and an entree. We have eaten at multiple Chili's locations in multiple states, and we have always found chips and salsa to be offered for free to patrons eating at the bar. When the bill came, there was a charge for $4.99 for this item. The waitress had no idea what I was talking about when I said we expected it to be free, so she went to get a manager. When he came out, he started by telling me they are not free and never have been. I asked why it is like that at every other Chili's and he asked me how many have I been to and told me he has never heard of it. I asked if he would honor what happens at every other Chili's and told him we'll remember they don't do what every location we've ever visited does in the future. He took it off but it was still a frustrating experience. Chili's is a chain, and it is just baffling after all the ones we've eaten at that this one location is not doing something that is consistent everywhere else. In addition, chips and salsa should not cost $4.99. The thing that was even more frustrating is that the manager was sort of rude to us about it and didn't seem to care until I flat out asked him to honor what other locations do.

Fast and courteous service! The margarita chicken is really good.

We've been to this Chili's location many times and always have a great experience. The servers are usually friendly, attentive, & helpful and the food is always fresh & tasty to the tastebuds. The last time we went we got a great deal with the Margarita Meal Deal and the server was excellent. They had these new tabletop devices called a Ziosk & we ended up really liking them! At first it seemed a little wierd to us & I thought it might distract from our time out together but the games were a lot of fun and added to the experience. You can also order dessert on them and pay your bill. Even with these our server came around often & made sure our bill went through smoothly. My only concern with the Ziosk is that servers might become less attentive over time but hopefully that won't be the case. For us, we got a great deal & a great meal so we were very happy and will definitely be returning!

I think the food here is better than Applebees or TGI Fridays(which I believe are its major competitors). Some items here are a bit pricey such as the milkshakes, but if you are looking for good food and good service this is a good place to check out. I would recommend it. I do wish they brought back the habanero ribs. Those were awesome!

The servers during lunch are all dolls. I go here so frequently, I know almost all of them. They are quick with refills and are usually around enough to get their attention when you need it. They just got these new table computers and they're HORRIBLE. Ours locked up during payment, and even though it didn't say it charged us, it did. Luckily the manager looked for the charge before having us do it again. As a server myself, I would hate these! They make it so the customer feels like the server doesn't do much, because you can order desert and pay at the table without the server. I hope no one's tips suffer because of a stupid computer.
