Celebrated my birthday early.
First time writing a bad review for Applebees. I love the food, and always have. But this particular applebees greatly lacks quality service. The waitress seemed okay. However, someone dropped the ball and forgot to bring us our drinks. We received our food before we were able to tell someone that we still hadn't received our drinks. Our food was brought to us by a 'runner' who was chomping on her gum with her mouth wide open. Then before she ran off, she popped her gum right at our table. The food was good, but my french fries were less than luke warm. I was pleased when my waitress brought another lemonade to me, since my current glass wasn't even half full, but when she dropped it off she goes, "I thought i'd bring you another - so I didn't have to make two trips."
Again, the food was okay, and this is the first time I've had bad service at an Applebees. Maybe it was just a bad night for all involved.
