I really don't want to be this guy, but I feel as if somebody needs to be the snitch on this one. Here it goes. I have found the EXACT same pieces for...wait for it....HALF the price. And thats not even online, that was in another headshop 20m away. But Ive always believed something good is worth paying for, and the overall quality/artistic design of everything is above average. So I can overlook the ridiculously hiked up prices. What I cannot, and will never accept, is the AWFUL employees that work here. Having been an assistant manager, a general manager, and an owner of my own business and a 2nd one that I bought out (did 100% of the hiring/firing) I can tell you that they do a horrible job of choosing people to work in their establishment. The same people card you over and over again, which tells me that they are either A. too stoned during business hours to remember you which I find to be extremely unprofessional (headshop or not), or B. they just dont give enough of a shit to even try. When I walked in, nobody said hello, waved, or anything. My greeting consisted of 3 of the staff making eye contact and giving me obvious sour looks like I did not belong in their store, then looking away and ignoring me until they stepped in my way to card me before going into their glass section. I am a grown ass man, and these punk, stuck up kids almost made me feel so unwelcome and so uncomfortable that I had to leave. AND I WASN'T EVEN STONED AND FEELING PARANOID! If you take 25% off of everything in the store, and then exchange 80% of the staff with polite, helpful, personable people, this could be the #1 head shop in Indianapolis. As of right now, the last 4 times I have gone in, I have decided to not buy anything simply because of the attitudes and general disrespect of the employees. Actually as I am writing this I do not know why I even went back a 3rd or a 4th time to begin with. Must have gotten so high I forgot about the stuck up, disrespectful youth that work here.

Was sold a vaporizer under the impression is was an Joye Ego-T, got home and looked at the info sheet provided and saw fairly clearly online that the unit I bought was most definitely not an Ego-T. I called and notified the staff with my concern, was told an owner would get with me the upcoming week with a solution. After a few days the owner contacted me. I had mentioned to the staff at time of purchase my original interest in a G Pen, the owner basically said I could keep the orignal purchase and for the $15 price difference I could have a whole G Pen starter kit. I am extremely satisfied with the level of quality and customer service I receive at the Bus. I have since purchased another rig and have a third unit on order. To the reviews that state their prices are high and they don't haggle much on price, if you need cheaper pipes or need to feel like you got a deal because the staff dropped the price $50 off the tag, walk across the street to HeadLines, you'll love it there.

Reading some of these reviews on Google were very disheartening. Before I go any further, in the interest of disclosure, I'm one of the new owners, so I'm biased. My partner and I took over in April. For years, The Bus was one of the places for unique glass pieces. It still is. We have a relationship with an assortment of regional and West coast glass blowers. We have a great selection of discs for disc golf, clothing, incense, hookahs, and other tobacco accessories. Of course, I loved this place before I took over. In defense of the accusations of high prices, we keep a standard retail mark up. Complaints that are valid that I've read: we card. Alas, that's state law and for our own protection. Also, it's true that we won't really haggle on prices on throw in a bunch of freebies. In business, there is nothing free. If the seller is always willing to haggle, they probably have a high mark up to pay for the "free" items. I would like to believe our customer service and staff are outstanding. If you don't think so, my partner and I have business cards on the counter with our contact info. We will always be happy to speak with you. Just ask for Rod. If I'm in the shop, I'm always available to any customer. Thank you to those that supported The Magic Bus in the past and we ask that you'll give us a chance to serve you in the future. So stop in, shop, browse, or just say "hello". If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact me. Thank you.

Great products.. Mid/high prices, friendly/helpful staff... Customer service with (complimentary shisha for a 300$ hookah) could use some improvement! We just bought a huge hookah and only got a cleaner with it! :( ... But the quality of the hookah itself helps the lack of extras!
