Always get my drink orders wrong. So wrong, I'm not able to drink it at times. The staff always seem to be fucking with me too. They never know the total for my orders. "It might be $4.02, but I'm not really sure." Terrible.

I worked at Dunkin Donuts for two years, started as a cashier and got promoted to shift lead, and then general store manager. I love the company and know how it can be effectively run. Apparently, the GM of this store does not know how to properly run a business. I have gone to this store each weekday morning for the past week. I have gone inside twice, and through the drive-thru five times now. In the two trips I have gone inside, I heard employees complaining about how there are only 2 employees scheduled before 7:30 or 8:00 am most days, and that only one person comes in during this time. When I worked at Dunkin Donuts, 7-11 AM was our busiest period, and we were always staffed adequately for it. When I was in line I saw two people in line behind me leave before they ordered. I'm no genius, but the more customer you help an hour, the more money you make, which you can use to support staffing an extra person or two during the mornings. You can see the drive thru time is constantly above 360 seconds (6 minutes), where we were able to maintain under 120 seconds for everyday day of the week for four consecutive weeks (rangeline and carmel drive in carmel, in, 2010). This store needs help. Please put a more intelligent GM in charge of this store, it is a disgrace right now. EVERYONE SHOULD BUY FOOD HERE SO WE CAN SHOW HOW BIG OF AN ISSUE THIS IS!!!!

My donuts are never dry, always delicious, and the staff is always polite.

Why were their children running around behind the counter at midnight and a lobby full of people? Cashier acted like I was inconveniencing her.

Not 24 hour store stopped at 9:30pm on Thursday and it was closed
