Picked up Ducati Monster 1100 yesterday. I did all the negotiation online, and they gave me a fair price. No issues during pick up. I liked that they did not try to sell me extra at the closing. Steve explained me all the controls and intructions before I started riding. He also said that I can do the first service on my own as long as I keep all the receipts and that will not effect the warranty.
