Fulgenzi's Pizza & Pasta
Reviews
This was the worst restaurant experience I've had in a very long time. We were treated like we were a burden to the woman behind the counter from the minute we walked in, even though we were the only customers they had. The $3.99 "salad" was brown lettuce, uneatable tomatoes and mozzarella cheese served on a paper plate and a cafeteria tray. The pizza tasted just like Jacks frozen pizza (very little taste at all). The cost of one spaghetti dinner, one 14 inch cheese pizza, one children's spaghetti and two sodas was $34.00. A total waste. Will NOT return.
Loved the food. Went there after the Lanphier game and had there pizza and man it was the best. Very friendly staff. Even the owner was there and greeted me. I recommend this place to every one. Wonderful family atmosphere.
We used to only get our pizza from here until two weeks ago. The delivery driver was given a wrong address and we had to guide him over the phone to our house. When he got here the pizza was completely wrong. We decided to call because we were starving and their pizza isn't cheap! The person who answered the phone said our order was put in right, but made wrong and that it would be another forty minutes for delivery. This time, we decided we try something that wasn't pizza. My boyfriend decided to try a horseshoe, and I got the shrimp. He asked the cheese sauce to be on the side so it wouldn't get soggy. However, they package their food in foil so everything gets soggy anyway (super gross) and they forgot his cheese sauce - crucial to a horseshoe. Upon delivery, we tossed the food directly in the trash. At almost twenty five bucks, it was such a waste. I've had similar foods delivered with no problem, so it must just be a business flaw. Never again. Sorry.
I just moved to Grandview in the middle of February and was looking for online ordering places and found Fulgenzis Pizza. The pics of the food they have on there website just made me even more hungry at the time. I ended up ordering the large meat lovers pizza and garlic sticks and it was the bomb. I found me a new pizza place that will help me feel like im at home again. Thank you Fulgenzi's ...
We took the kids to Springfield for a 1 day outing to see some Abe Lincoln stuff and to see a WWE event. We decided to have Pizza for dinner and didnt want to eat at a chain pizzeria, so we googled pizza restaurants in our area. Fulgenzi's had a few great reviews and was close to where we were headed so we headed over to Fulgenzi's for dinner. Well let me tell you I think this place is named Fugazi's because it serves FAKE food!!! The pizza had to be a frozen pizza, which is ok if your at home and sold for a few bucks but not served at a restaurant and sold for 20 bucks. My son had pasta, which looked and tasted like a can of tomatoe paste poured over noodles. The hot buffalo chicken was as hard as a rock, and the bread sticks were something I could buy at the grocery store. We spent a little over $50 here and it was a complete waste. We live in Chicago were most pizza is good and some is Great, and then there is some thats bad. This fulgenzis or fugazis is beyond Chicagos worst. Who serves frozen pizza?
