Went to springfield Big R to purchase item because of ad that I saw on internet , well turns out our springfield store is independent of others and they do not honor other Big R ads ,tryed to show ad to store manager and he acted like somebody had feed him nails for breakfast , very very rude and then he walked away and left me feeling like i was supposed no about big R ads ,so if you are buying something because of ad you saw you better make sure that it is the right ad for the right springfield store , are you will get treated like you are a idiot .....

Had my lawnmower for 7 weeks. Poor communication and professionalism. Failed to communicate with manufacturer on parts, I had to do most of the phone time.
