I've always thought this chain was overrated. My two kids love wings, so that's the only reason why we go to this location or any other BWW. I think it's incredibly expensive for what you get. I try to eat somewhat healthy, so I've ordered the un-breaded chicken strips - it appears to be about 1/2 of a chicken breast with sauce on the side. No side dish iss included. Too pricey. I've also ordered the salad - really gross. It came in a plastic disposable bowl and it appeared that it was prepackaged. Not fresh tasting at all. I could have bought a salad at the grocery store for a quarter of the price. The worst thing I've ordered was the dessert (can't even remember what it was). The waiter told us how awesome the dessert was, so we ordered it. Again, it came in a plastic disposable bowl that looked pre-packaged and it was so frozen we couldn't eat it. Five or Six bucks for something pulled out of the freezer - we went to Culver's next door instead! I will say though that I really enjoy playing the trivia games. Sometimes I go with my boyfriend to sit in the bar, drink beer (hard to screw up beer) and play trivia.
Bad service, cold bad food. Long wait and the place wasn't even busy. Complained and they didn't care. Won't be back.
Lots of menu choices and very helpful staff.
When this restaurant opened, we visited with a group of 6 to 16 every Tuesday night for 1/2 price wings. We love the wings and many great suaces, but the prices are higher and sizes are smaller than other local restaurants. After they raised prices again and we had a bad experience with ordering chips and salsa, we stopped going there. (They gave one small container of salsa and charged when we asked for more salsa to go with 1/2 of the uneaten chips - without telling us there would be a charge.) Well after staying away for a more than a year, we decided to try a to-go order. Things haven't gotten any better. They charge you for a TO GO ORDER! This chain is a joke when it comes to value and that's too bad as their food is good. There are others more worthwhile.
Wish I could put negative 5. Absolutely the worst service ever experienced at a BWW. 3 hours of misery...long wait, 1 1/2 hours to get food, 4 attempts to get the check correct. Terrible!
