I'm sorry I ever went there... I was holiday shopping for my fiance. I saw a best buy ad on there website for a good HD camcorder at a really good price. So I asked one of the store associates for assistance, and said "I would like to purchase this camcorder." This is where it starts going downhill. I stood around for half an hour while the associate started looking for one. What happened was, he looked and looked and then only after I suggested to check inventory did he go and do that. He came back and told me they had one left available for sale, but he couldn't locate it. So, after he wrangled a team of other associates together they went on a wild goose chase to find it... never did. I'm a pretty level headed guy, so I wasn't really upset. We proceeded to look at other options. I ended up ordering in store from online with expedited shipping. I get the package the next day and find out they ordered the wrong camcorder for me at the same price. I went back to the store and waited at the customer service desk... and waited... and waited... and waited. All the while I'm staring at a group of associates and their manager stand around chatting it up and joking about customers. It may have looked like the manager/ sales team lead was directing them but I was close enough to listen in. Finally I get someone to help me, I explain the whole situation 3 times, and only then do they comprehend what the problem was... Then they went off to go look for the non-existent camcorder all over again as I waited at the customer service desk for another good amount of time (still staring at the same group of employees goofing off). In the end, all was in vain and I ended up forcing them to give me a better camcorder for an even exchange of what I already paid for including the shipping and handling. Overall though, I wouldn't be so upset if they had just been more genuine people. Instead of just staring at my receipt and their computer screens scratching their heads and actually look at me and listen to what I was say from the beginning none of this would have happened. I'm never going back there or to any other Best Buy to experience this negligence, incompetence, and outright insincerity again. Not the first time I've had to deal with this from them or only this location (this is by far the worst one though), but it is definitely the last.

It's places like this that can really knock a persons screw loose. Customer assistance is a joke here all the "employees" are always chatting with each other or other young "adults" that they know outside of work, while anyone who actually requires help is left to scavenge around the store for what they need, or came for. As another reviewer has said, the children working here do in fact take time off their, apparently, extremely busy schedule to talk crap about any customer who doesn't meet their highly required fashion or face standards. Would've expected more from a well known electronics store.

The emploees are very friendly. All kinds product you can find in this store. They also has some other companies‘ staffs work in this store, like HP, Clearwire and so on. Have a fun time here.

Hours on here are wrong .drive here and they don't opeb until 10 am ugh

This is a secret Best Buy. No one really knows about it yet and it usually has the items that sell out on launch day at other stores.
