0 Stars. Always understaffed. Manager lied about getting more cashiers to the front. I tweeted and they told me to email them. No reply back. Walmart, you have NO customer service and have lost my business FOR LIFE. Same bad service and lack of pricing under items. I don't know how you stay in business. 1 star was given, because 0 wouldn't work..

Terrible customer service. I waited 20 to 25 minutes at the jewelry counter simply to ask about a watch battery. Requested help from two different cashiers no one came. I finally found an assistant manager and explained to him what was happening. His response was they couldn't help me if I didn't buy the watch at Walmart...no I'm sorry for your wait or anything! After this response he simply walked away. I went to the service desk and waited for the store manager above him. Again, I waited a least 10 minutes before I was approached by a new manager. He was very apologetic and even attempted to replace that battery for free. End of story....I walked away after wasting a hour of my life. I should have known better than shopping here. NEVER AGAIN!

Atrocious customer service. I was just put on hold three times, by three different people, when I called to simply ask if they sold cell phone batteries. Finally, I found out they do not.

DO NOT BUY ANY FRUIT from this Walmart, I bought 2 peaches and 1 apple from there. After I got home I rinsed them and cut into them they were black on the inside, totally grossed out I threw them out. I called the store and asked out the policy about getting my money back for the fruit and was told I'd have to bring it back to the store immediately - I asked if I could go the next day and was told they need to see the fruit. I was NOT in the mood to drive back to Walmart so I just chalk it up to a lesson learned - DO NOT BUY FRUIT FROM WALMART.

This Wal-Mart is seriously in a sad state. I have never gone to this Wal-Mart with out an incident. The lines are long not enough open EVER and the people are slow. Total lack of employees at all times and their knowledge when you actually find one is limited. Wal-Mart's selection of brands is getting very poor and the shelves are not stocked at most times. I find it incredible that they continue to do well with such poor service. I personally will stay away from this store as much as possible.
