Stayed here for a week.The hotel staff were friendly and they do offer a hot breakfast. The fan in my bathroom was not functional. The temperature in the room stayed at 65 no matter what I set my thermostat to. Coming from the south part of the USA I was not used to that kind of cool temperature. If I set my thermostat to 75 then I expect the room to be at 75 or fairly close to it. For being in such a big city the cable channel selections were disappointing. And why does it take so ridiculously long for the channel to change after I press the button? The hot breakfast was a bit of a let down as well. They did whip up some good omelettes but the rest of it had some drawbacks. The melon was always hard and not quite ripe enough to eat. Pancakes were made to order, and were good, but apparently only when they felt like making pancake batter. The hotplates they use to keep the eggs, sausage, bacon, and potatoes warm did not do the job adequately. I ate many cold potatoes and lots of rubbery eggs. I would rather the cost of wifi be put into the price of the room up front. It is insulting to stay in a hotel to then be charged for wifi every 24 hours. I have no problem paying extra for the higher tiered and faster wifi on a case by case basis but there should at least be basic wifi available. In the future I would rather stay at a hotel that may not be as "nice" but has working thermostats and a hot breakfast that is actually hot.

The staff is rude and snobby. The food takes too long to arrive and didn't taste great. McDonald's provides free WiFi to all customers. Embassy Suites does not... Just saying

We loved the cooked to order breakfast each morning, and two hours of free drinks in the evening. Staff are friendly, too.

Genos east pizza is no longer in the hotel and will not deliver here. We were really looking forward to that pizza but still had a great stay.

The hotel meet or exceeded all my expectations. + Suite rooms were spacious and clean + Just 2 minutes off I94 yet still tucked away and quiet + Pool was nice (not huge but very clean) + The atrium was beautiful + The hotel grounds were spotless + Tons of parking Overall the stay was perfect (especially when you consider the rate I paid was just $10 more then the much less desirable Extended Stay hotel just a few miles away). I would come back without hesitation.
