This place sucks! Ordered a pizza, and stapled to the box was a menu. The menu had a Wednesday special, which stated $5 1/2 pound burgers anyway you like it, with fries. Today, (Wednesday) I went at 4:10 P.M., and was told lunch was over, that was a lunch special. I showed the server the paper which only stated it was a dine in only special, not a lunch special. My wife ordered a plain hamburger, I ordered a cheddar burger with ketchup and mustard only, my son ordered a cheddar burger with everything, my daughter ordered a Greek salad. When the order arrived (the plain burger) was not ready. My burger had everything with american cheese, my sons burger also had american cheese, my daughters Greek salad was the only thing right. All of our glasses of pop were empty when the food order arrived, the server never asked if we wanted a refill. The 3 of us finished eating when the server said, the plain burger will only be a little bit longer. I told the server to forget the plain burger since 3 of the 4 of us finished eating. The check was wrong , I was not charged the correct amount, instead of the burgers being $5, I was charged $8.95 each for 3 burgers when we only received 2, I brought this to the attention of the server, and again she gave me a bill that was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager, and she told me she would take 15% off of the burger we never got, so I still paid for 3 burgers when we only received 2. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !! Last but not least there was only 1 other person in the restaurant and he was at the bar.

bad experience with cheese fries and delivery cleanliness. bad delivery service. I deliver food for a living and it was disgusting. the plastic bags of my food was covered in dust and debris like leaves and flakes of ash all over the bag. The guy didnt even have me sign the receipt. The cheese fries were terrible. I have never smelled cheese so bad and tasteless. The fries themselves had seasoning that smelled like body odor. I really had to question whether or not they tampered with my food in a negative manner because I ordered to a building which has a lot of orders so maybe they assumed i was a bad tipper or something. I tipped the guy 5 bucks prior to them even showing up and the distance from here to Pinochios is literally POINT 1 miles... THATS 0.1 miles. Walking distance. I ordered cheesecake, brownie, chili cheese fries with no chili and terrible cheese that i threw away. I cannot speak for the pizza because i never ordered it but as for the cheese fries STAY AWAY from cheese fries at this location. Terrible cheese fries. And would HIGHLY HIGHLY NOT recommend delivery. Maybe pickup would be better.

THE WAIT WAS TORTURE!.... 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES FOR 1 DEEP DISH PIZZA! WASTED MY TIME!!

If you're looking for a good pizza this is the place! The best is the thin crust cheese with extra cheese! It's great for the whole family!! The jukebox is great for the kids :)
