My new vape store! Awesome selection and prices including a great selection of juices. Oh, and stupid fast shipping and handling too! I simply cannot stop touting this place and will let my vaping friends know :)

I ordered a battery from this company and the button for power came defective. It is wedged and gets stuck which burns out my cotton & my juice before I can jiggle it effectively to get it to stop burning. Any reputable company who cares about customers and especially when an item comes DEFECTIVE would gladly pay return shipping to check out the issue, but not misthub. When I called support they informed me that company terms were that I would have to ship the item myself back so they could "determine" if the item was in fact defective. Upon my outrage the person on the line stated that "it would only be about $2 to ship the item." $2!!!!! is $2 more on my part for an item that came screwed up in the first place. Why should I have to pay more for your screw up? Also he told me where on my account I could request the warranty/return info. I was not online at the moment so I wrote it down and when I went to the exact place he said, there was NO link or option for such a return/warranty. I'll never be ordering from MISTHUB again and I will direct my friends to steer clear as well. I'm pissed because $25 is basically in the garbage and I'm a stay at home mom who doesn't have tons of money to just throw away. A good company will stand behind their products and do what's needed to make a happy customer. I'm not just some person trying to get a new battery it literally arrived 4 days ago and I have another of these batteries from another vendor and it was perfectly fine, no complaints.

One of the best e-cig companies out there to date. They have a wider variety of products and e-juice, their products aren't overly complicated, and can be put together quickly and easily. I also really like that the products actually last, and aren't those cheap ones from smoking shops. Would highly recommend to those looking to quit smoking partially or entirely!

Discovered a huge selection of delightful e-juices I could sample before I buy when I stopped by the store. Everything is low-priced including starting kits, clearomizers and vaping juice. Purchased 2 kits, one for myself and one as a present. Great gift idea for upcoming holidays. Very friendly customer service, pleasant experience. Highly recommend for your vaping supplies.

Awesome place, friendly guys. At first time I was there I've got an awesome service. Purchased the ZNA 50W, Nautilus mini, and Orchid V3 RBA.
