Stopped for fuel at 8pm on a Saturday night (tonight). Went to grab a few hotdogs off the roller grill only to find it empty. Asked the Manager on duty WHY it was empty at 8pm, and she states that she was cleaning it. At 8pm. On a Saturday night. Something that should be done on 3rd shift. Had a poor attitude the whole time and told me I should go to a different Pilot if I didn't like it. When I asked her for her name so I could call corporate regarding this incident, she walked away into the back offices. 5 minutes later, as I pull away from the fuel pumps, I see the Manager pop out for a cigarette. So much for cleaning the roller grill, I suppose. I'll skip this location from now on.
Very nice staff. Showers are really clean and great water pressure. Very clean and organized store.And FYI the macaroni is really good.
Overpriced convenience goods. In desperate need of a complete remodel, no healthy food options.
I was trying to use their Western Union phone. I couldn't hear because the music over the PA system was so loud. I asked them to turn it down and they refused. Screw them.
Clean shower.. lots of parking spots
