Very small dining area and hard to walk around. Food was mediocre at best. Chicken was tough and chewy. Salad was basic. Breadsticks were hard. No changing table in small bathroom. Friendly waitress. Meat sauce had too much meat. Very mom and pop type place. Decor was nice. Not on par with Olive Garden.
Decided on this place because of reviews. We had pizza and it was good, well loaded and hot. But the waitress was not very attentive to drinks. We had to go downstairs because we didnt have a reservation.
I use to work there back in the 70s and the food that I picked up there last night for take home was just as good as it was back then, and when I say just as good I mean it was excellent!!! Some things just don't change.
This was our first time here and we LOVE it! They have their own flavor, unlike anything I've ever tasted. We will definitely be back.
Stopped in last night with some friends. We called on the way there and the table was already set for us when we showed up even though the place with completely packed with a large party downstairs. The service was great and food was tasty and reasonably priced. Overall a good experience.
