I tried to get my car alignment done here in 2012 and was told my inner and outer tie rods needed replacement. I didn't have time so I took it home and had a mechanic friend come over to help. None of them were bad. Took it to another shop who did the alignment without a problem. Two years later I returned to have another alignment done after replacing my front shocks. Waited two hours for thirty minute job. To be told that I needed a outer tie rod replaced. I had just checked them all with my mechanic friend and they were fine. In fact the "defective" one had been replaced within the last year. Needless to say I won't be returning to the auto shop or the store. Extremely dissatisfied.
Had a wonderful experience with Tony and Billie they did an awesome job fixing a problem we had.. Thank you both..
