I bought a dozen donuts on my way home from work. When I walked out, the wind caught the box lid, blew it open and then the whole box out of my hands. It scattered half my donuts on the pavement and mangled the rest. I went back inside and told the guy what had happened. I asked if I could just buy enough to fill in for the ones that fell on the pavement. He said sure, took the box and looked at them. He said, I'm just going to give you all new one's. I told him he didn't need to because the others were still good, just mangled. He said, no, I want to treat my customers right,and gave me a whole new box. Its really hard to find good customer service these days and I really appreciate what the employee did for me. I will definitely be a returning customer.
