I have been here several times and received slow, poor service and terrible quality of food each time. I was so disappointed in how I was treated when I sent my food back because not only was it not cooked properly but not even made in the way described in the menu. I waited at the front to be seated for a long time as workers walked past me without speaking and once I sat down it took more than 10 minutes to have a server come to my table to greet me and ask for a drink order. There were people complaining all around me about the food and service as well. I saw two tables get up and leave while I was waiting on my food. This establishment needs a lot of work...from management down to the servers and cooks. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Bland food, comes cold. Service is decent.

Very, Very poor service! tonight It has never been such long wait in my entire time of coming here from 10:40 until 12:00 and the place wasn't even packed, food was mixed up and burnt! I don't blame the waitress so much but the cooks just couldn't seem to get it right out of multiple tries, however the manager gave us 50% off our entire bill. Sorry Apple Bee's but hopefully this will improve services for the customers behind me. Uuuuugh!!!
