Starbucks
Reviews

When I walk into a place where I'm expecting high energy with smiling faces and get exactly the opposite, it really leaves a sour taste in my mouth. The cashier was rude and the girl making my drink was not even happy to be at work. I brought my breakfast in expecting to enjoy my morning, but instead walked out with my drink and had my breakfast sitting in my car. A place I'd rather be. I've been in many Starbucks. From small not so busy to big city super busy. And I've never experienced an atmosphere like this before. Just for reference this happened on the morning of 12/08/2014 @ 8:15am. #terrible#sourcoffee

I think half of the reviews on this site are WRONG. I go to this Starbucks almost everyday, and I mean everyday. They know my order when I pull up to the drive thru, they are always nice to me, I get in and out fast and have great service. For those of you buying Specialty coffee's of course your price is going to be more, same if you go to McDonalds BUT compare their service to McDonalds and then come and write a review. I can't go anywhere and have them make my coffee just right every time and not give me attitude when I ask for extra cream,,,,, or Sweet N Low b/c I'm a diabetic. I love this place, want cheaper coffee go to a gas station and have coffee that's been overheated and sitting out all day. Their service deserves 4 stars!

Average Starbucks. Drinks are good and service is fine but music is sub par. Played the same 3 songs 5 times in a row. Unless you want to listen to big band over and over I suggest you try the Starbucks over by the movie theatre instead

First, I am irked by the fact that a coffee shop doesn't have internet freely available to its customers. I needed to use the internet real quick and went to Starbucks, and I was told I had to buy a gift card which had a minimum $5 balance at all times in order to use the internet, and this is the same at all Starbucks. Why would I want to go through all this hassle to go on the internet when I can go to ANY OTHER coffee shop and get on the internet freely? Second, their coffee is nothing special, and they purport themselves to be environmentally friendly, but they just aren't, and neither are they organic or fair trade, even though they make themselves out to be in their advertising and marketing strategies. Third, and despite the fact that their coffee is nothing special, they charge WAY TOO MUCH for their items. To quote Larry David, t's just MILK and COFFEE, both incredibly cheap items. Finally, and more specific to Pensacola, this shop ruins the market for other coffee shops in a local economy. We need to support local businesses, but instead are shelling it over to corporate America.

This Starbucks specifically has outstanding customer service. Rarely these days do you find a business that goes the distance to take care of the customer. This store is the exception to that. Overall, then, an outstanding experience!
