I am a regular at most of the Starbucks shops here in Pensacola. I come to this one most often for the staff and atmosphere. I can come in and work for hours on end and stay focused and they always get my drink dead-on. On the few occasions they've made easy mistakes they've always offered to comp the drink/food. I would highly recommend this location over any other in Pensacola.
I am also wanting to find local coffee houses. Not many of them here. Drowsy Poet, Martinelli's, Badass... All good. Oh, but back to the review. Don't go to Starbuck's. Why give $5 a coffee to corporate America when you can get better, more affordable coffee from your locally/regionally owned shops?
They usually get my order wrong and they're always super slow. :(
Just a simple Starbucks; not much more can be expected in Pensacola.
Starbucks on nine mile road is one of the most relaxing and professional Starbucks around.
