Chili's

I waited outside for 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. They had assured me they would bring it right out once it was done. I got home and it was cold. ICE cold. Not even lukewarm - and on a hot day. I also didn't go during rush hour - the pick up was for 1:54 p.m. on a week day. There is also no ramp there so I was forced to wait outside rather than going inside because I use a wheelchair. I was at their mercy and they treated me like crap.
The food is good because it's Chilis, but the restaraunt is filthy. The floor tiles leading to the back of the restaraunt are greasy, and the tabels have smear marks on them from people wiping them without using enough cleaner. The menus often have greasy fingerprints or oil on them, and the wood on the walls at the booths have small food particles here and there. I wonder if they every do quarterly cleaning. They certainly need to keep their floor more clean especially towards the back as that area is the greasiest, and they need to wipe down their menus thoroughly every night before closing, and when they clear a table. The one on Bayou in Pensacola is also pretty dirty, mainly the windows having food and water spots, and the tables and menus being dirty along with food on the walls in the booths. I mean, if you are going to have a restaraunt, keep it clean. The greasy floor in the Milton Chilis is sometimes about like the floor in the fry area of a fast food restaraunt I saw once...needs a good degreaser.
Service fast, food good. Tables were very greasy, floor is filthy.
