I live near by, so often got my morning coffee from this location. I honestly am not sure why I kept coming back. They always seem very confused on simple orders. They have literally ran out of coffee at times. There is always a long wait due to miscommunication. Today I stood in line only to be told the register was down and they could only accept cash. A simple sign on the door would have been the obvious solution. I work in retail, so I understand situations like this. It's common sense to inform your customers of the issue .
Me and my girlfriend were driving through Pensacola and stopped at Dunkin Donuts to get coffee and they had the best service we have ever experienced. I recommend everyone stop at this one. I don't know if we will ever come back this way but if so we will definitely stop here! Awesome :)
I think some of these people are bloody insane. Service is always great when i come in. Great sandwiches, excellent coffee, and the doughnuts are loads better then Krispy' Kremes. just ignore the blathering on of some of the reviews. Dunkin Doughnuts is Top Notch i say.
DD has the best coffee. I am glad we finally got a dunkin donuts down here. The service is top notch. The only thing I dislike is that we don't have a DD in Milton FL.
I don't know what some of you ppl are talking about. Great selection of donuts and as always great coffee so much more reasonably priced than Starbucks
