Pretty good place. I love the drinks. The food was okay. However the servers need to be quicker and more attentive. Mines had a good customer service. But needs to be more attentive. After I was done eating,it took me 30 minutes to pay the bill because she wouldn't come back to check.
I was debating whether or not to file this complaint because the staff was very apologetic, but I felt it was necessary. My party consisted of 2 adults and 3 children. The service was lacking, no napkins for kids, kept having to request refills, etc. and none of the food was good. Didn't really taste fresh. I even mentioned "I think this is the worst Friday's experience I've ever had". That's not what I'm complaining about, though. One of the children ordered the kids menu chicken skewers and once he was done, I lifted a piece of pita bread from his plate and found A BABY ROACH alive in his plate. I could not believe it. I've never experienced something like that in my life. I complained to the manager and he said he would give us a discount. I refused to pay for our bill because of this issue and they were ok with it. Very apologetic, but a roach in a child's meal is inexcusable and very unsanitary. I honestly believe this should be reported to the Health Dept.
They have disgusting attitudes , rude and terrible service. They add on items to your bill so please double check your bills. They had the nerve to charge me friend twice saying that she didn't pay her first bill. Which was bullshit. They made it a huge deal and kicked her out of the restaurant. Extremely humiliating.
Unfortunately we didi not look at ghe ratings on the google maps section of our phone. The employees are nice waited 10 min to be seated while the establishment was half empty. It took 11 min to get water. Then we started talking to other guest and they have been waiting 25 min to get there order taken. Other words the manager is not squared away. Always responsibility falls on him. TGI get a new manager and GM. They do not have a clue on how to treat customers. You want my business treat people better and on a timely manner
My family and I went there last weekend and was seated by the hostess Hailey. She told us that our waiter will be with us shortly. After waiting 25 minutes we decided to leave because NO ONE showed up to take our orders; we weren't brought drinks!! While waiting we heard birthday chants for someone celebrating their 16th and 21st birthdays!! We informed the Manager on duty about our situation and he wasn't much help at all. We went somewhere else to eat and within 15 minutes of us arriving we were seated, our orders were taken, and we had our food!! Needless to say that my family and I WILL NOT be going to T.G.I. Fridays anymore!!!!
