Nikki Beach Miami
Reviews

I promise you. I promise you. You will have a bad experience at Nikki Beach. I've been coming to Miami Beach now going on ten years. I used to love this spot, which makes it so much harder to talk about it pejoratively: the service - nonexistent. Ambience is completely dead. Everything that is Miami Beach - the color from the skyline to sidewalk - dies here. Waitresses are ego-centric and unfamiliar with all the aspects of the service industry. No one is friendly - plain and simple. I'm sorry, am I bothering you? I'm about to pay for an overpriced, cold food meal + gratuity and you're giving me attitude about asking for directions? The events are even worse. All due-care (cleanliness) has been thrown out the window and with it any semblance of decent manners (hospitality). Goodbye Nikki Beach, you're dead to me, and if I was a betting man: dead to the world in five years or less.

The only good thing about this place was the music and DJ. The food was decent but was WAY overpriced for both quality and quantity; totally not worth the hype. When we arrived, there was no street parking so my husband and I decided to valet the car, thinking it would be easier and safer. Well, that was completely wrong! It was easier to valet, but it was certainly not any safer. When we finished our lunch and got our car back from the valet, he said it looks like someone tried to key our car. The door handle was broken and the lock was bent. You would think paying $20 to valet your car would mean that it would be somewhat safe. The valet was not helpful and just said these things happen and that there isn’t anything they could do about it. I thought it was complete BS and felt that it could have even been one of the valet drivers who bent the lock and broke the door handle, not knowing how to work the car. So I went inside to talk to the manager. All he did was take photos and told us that he would write up a report. We were told there was nothing he could do and that the final decision would be made by corporate. It was a rental car and we had to return it the next day. As of today, Monday, we are still waiting to hear back from corporate. After paying for an overpriced meal, having to deal with our car being returned to us in such condition is unacceptable. Both management and the valet seemed nonchalant about the whole order, never even offered an apology. The manager just said that these things happen and that they have seen worse and that not everyone is honest. I agree that not everyone is honest and wonder if their valet screwed up. On another note, if these things happen, why would you not have better security for your customers??? Why have security cameras on inside of your facility and not the parking lot? I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want to overpay for sub-par food and have your car ruined while in their custody.

So yes its crowdy, its noisy, clean beach, nice place to hangout... but its a public place have fun.. nothing bad to say that is what it is ... good exeprience

Went there on a Saturday evening, as my friends and I got free tickets by a promoter. The place was trashy to say the least, and the crowd seemed to have rolled in from a severe hangover straight from the beach. Bar service was non-existent. DO NOT GO HERE FOR CLUBBING!!! No matter your age, there are better options. If you still insist on having the full STD experience with a chance of getting involved in a bar fight, there are more affordable options providing the same service.

Spent NYE there. When we ordered tickets online it said party favors and complimentary champagne toast at midnight would be included. All the waiters acted like they had no idea what we were talking about when we asked them at 11:45. Also, no countdown, no official announcement or wishing everyone happy new year. We had to stare at our phones to figure it out. Oh, and they should add more speakers towards to beach. Cannot hear the music at all.
