We have decided to dine here on recommendation of a friend. He suggested we try the Dim Sum brunch, but we opted for a late evening meal (with Dim Sum as starters) instead. The food is delicious and presented in a very appetizing manner. The restaurant is on the pricier side and the portions are sized so that you can try out multiple dishes. The music is a tad bit loud, so I wouldn't bring someone here on the first date, (unless of course intentionally ;) ), but this adds to the atmosphere which we enjoy very much. Finally, the cocktails are excellent and the atmosphere at the bar much better than downstairs in the lobby ("Bleau"-Bar).
PEKIN DUCK! Enough said! I can eat the whole duck by myself. I'm not crazy about the whole caviar experience, it doesn't make the duck taste any better than it already does and it's over priced. The dim sum plater is also very overpriced. However the duck itself and the desert are amazing and the service is always always superb! Great place for any ocasion.
Ate there in Feb.... no particular occasion but had a wonderful experience.. exceptional ambience and service. I had the toasted sesame prawn appetizer and charcoal grilled honey Chilean Sea bass... both were phenomenally prepared! Obviously done with pride, can't wait to go back... this time for my birthday!
Dim sum and dinner was fantastic. Great atmosphere, great staff and a 5 star meal. Great night out.
For Miami, this is a machiah!! Gorgeous, well staffed, terrific food that would stand up well to a Beijing review. Terrific Chinese style restaurant in the Fontainebleau Hotel. Dale ordered 9 things for 6 of us and asked that they be brought sequentially. Spectacular. We come 3 or 4 times/year and love it. Sometimes drive round trip from Palm Beach. Just tried the branch in New York and while it's good, it doesn't hold a candle to this.
