The Buzzards Roost

Today, the 1st time that I went to the Buzzards Roost, in Key Largo with friends. We were had made arraignment for a group of 25 ppl, and at the last min had a 6 six other friend along for the day. Upon arriving to the location, we discovered that they had given are tables to others, and the manager refused to do anything about accommodating us even though, the place was empty. The staff along with the manager were rude as well as snobbish. Would NOT, NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone, stay away from this place, so many better places to eat in the Key Largo area that are welcoming and friendly. Harley Rider

Recommended by the hotel owner, this place was really good food and atmosphere. We had the peel eat shrimp, wedge salad and the lobster Reuben. That was ok, the individual parts were great together I wasn't enjoying as much. The place has a nice feel to it. Definitely would come back.

A little up scale for the keys. Nice atmosphere and good food. I had blackened mahi mahi. It was good. Worth going

Perfect little out of the way place. Concentration is clearly on seafood, but they have almost as many landside dishes as seafood dishes. Atmosphere was great, and so was the service. My husband enjoyed the lobster reuben, and I loved the shrimp quesadilla. We had the smoked fish dip as an appetizer, and it was tasty! Great place!

Good service. Fresh snapper; portion was more than I could eat and was delicious. Would have loved to try dessert but was too stuffed. Highly recommend!
