This is a locals favorite sushi spot in Key Largo....a must do if you love thai food and sushi. Great cozy atmosphere, super nice thai servers and sushi that is to die for. Our family stops here EVERY time we visit the keys...love love love Num Thai! Very affordable too, won't break you to eat here!

Awesome place, great service. Don't let the outside fool you. All locals dining inside, curry and sushi was fantastic.

We love Num Thai. The place stands out as one of the best dining values anywhere. The fairly large menu has something for nearly anyone, making it a safe place to take (or convene) a group when you don't know everyone's preferences. Everyone will get great food and friendly service. The clear headliners are the sushi and Thai cuisine, but there is a fair assortment of Japanese dishes as well. Vegetarians are notoriously hard to feed, especially in the seafood emphasis of the Florida Keys. But I think even real vegans should do well here. and this is definitely one of those place where, if you don't see it, ask for it, the kitchen is very accomodating. I wander around the menu more than my wife, but we agree on a favorite, which is more or less hidden in the menu: "(you name it)... WITH CHILE PASTE." I might never have tried it if I hadn't seen it first. My wife is pretty close to vegan (this dish does include egg), so she orders "tofu with chile paste," while I alternate between calamari, chicken, shrimp, duck... I am sure you could ask for it with mixed veggies or withjust brocolli, with fish or pork... probably whatever you like. We've tried this item at several other places where, by comparison, it should have been called "... with chile sauce," or "chile juice." Some will say that even the faint of heart can handle the "medium" heat (pepper) level, but I find it varies enough from night to night that, if you are really nervous, try it "mild" the first time. This dish is a "savory" break from the "sweet" coconut-based dishes so common in Thai cuisine. Arrive before 7:30 PM for special dinner bargains, get there by 6 PM of you want to avoid the crowd.

My food came very fast and it tasted very fresh. The service was great, but the place does not look too profesional, even though it tastes amazing.
