I forgot to order my macchiato with soy milk and they changed it for me for free. I was willing to pay but they were like, not a problem. So cool. Love them!

Went to SB this morning and excited to uget a "free" coffee after i gave the coupon with code 350 on it. I was told that coupon (exp 3-31-13) is no longer being excepted because someone mass produced it. I paid with my SB app on my I phone this was embarrassing and not like SB. It was the location at 3398 Forum Blvd, Fort Myers, FL
