Starbucks

Very nice people at this location, been coming here for years. My only complaint, and this is true for ALL of the Starbucks in SWFL, is that the wireless access sucks so very very bad. I had to come home to write this review, because even this page loads so slow that it times out. Yes, that makes it worth one star. I work on the road, the internet is as important as the caffeine, and I won't eat fast food. So this is the only common business with both WiFi and a product I want to buy. Gold Card member for several years, I have worked on the road in different areas (Miami, Detroit, A2, etc) and always relied on using Starbucks as a mobile office. In SWFL, I'm better off literally *anywhere* else. I don't know who they contract their wireless through, but from South Naples up to Punta Gorda it all sucks, all the time. Doesn't matter how many users or what time of day. It's a shame, really. The handful of locations here that I frequent are the friendliest and best Starbucks I've ever shopped at.

This is my favorite Starbucks, every other one seems to have different people always working and my drink is always wrong..But this Starbucks on "Pine Island Road" is the best period..GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..BECCA,CAITY,MARLA,CANDIE & BRANDON..Such great workers..The cleanest and best quality of merchandise..Fast Service..Highly Recommended

Wasn't a Starbucks level of services, when first walked in wasn't asked my name, were trying to sweep around my feet in the middle of a day and moving the chair around and making creating a lot noise instead of picking it up, wasn't smiling. When I was leaving no one said anything. The other all experience was poor and will not go back.

Starbucks huh? Gheez, You know in my day we didn't have a fancy dancy cafe togoda. We had soup kitchens & bread lines, but you didnt get ur coffee there. No sir. for that you went to the hobo camp on the edgea town & what you got was a dark liquid that tasted like swill but we drank it anyhow. As for Starbucks fancy cookies & what nots, u guessed it we didn't have those either. That's right we went BACK TO THE BREADLINE. As for a happy go lucky managemer & staff, we had Starbucks beat hands down. At the speakeasy we had a doorman named somethin' like Bruno or knuckles, & he let you know not to get outta line & he could get you what ever you needed cuz stuff was fallin' off trucks all the time. Moreover; We had flappers & they wee eeeeez. I miss the good ol' days.

Marla the manager is a nasty person. I never have been treated so rude! This is not a Starbucks. I'm ashamed to be a Gold Card member
