I love DD but this place is a dump-poor service & incompetent employees. ALWAYS screw up my order...NOT EVERYONE LIKES CREAM CHEESE ON A BAGEL! Plan to be ignored if you visit drive-thru after 1pm, only 1 employee on staff. You get soaked using drive-thru on rainy days as the awning isn't long enough & drips right into your car window. Drive the extra 1/2 mile to the Dunkin Donuts at S Dupont Hwy & White Oak Rd..they ROCK!
I should've Google'd the reviews on this place. I usually get a caramel almond hot latte and went to this place for my fix. Paid $3.99 for something I wanted but instead got a cappuccino (plain). It was half full and the rest was filled with foam. I went back in and the conversation went verbatim: Me: Hey I think you made me a cappuccino instead of a latte. John: You want a cappuccino instead of a latte? Me: No, I think THIS is a cappuccino instead of a latte. John: We don't make cappuccinos here. Me: Oh? Ok. Well it doesn't taste like what I got before. John: No we don't make cappuccinos here but I can make the same one again. Me: Nevermind, it's ok. The donut racks were mostly empty and the munchkin choices were down to chocolate, glazed or pumpkin. The other flavors were not available nor were there labels for where they should be. The place is by a liquor store and the area is dirty. Cashier's name: John C.
