My experience: I drive down 13 on a weekly basis and it is often in the early hours of the morning (ie: 6am) I have stopped by this specific Dunkin' Donuts location on numerous occasions for a simple Large Black Coffee and it is RARELY good. From 4080 S Dupont Hwy Dunkin' Donuts I have had flies in my coffee, barely hot coffee, and burnt disgusting coffee (so much that I dumped it out and bought more from another location farther south). And to top it off, if you yourself go to this location's drive through you'll probably know what I mean when I say the lady that works the window is verbally short and acts like she wants nothing to do with you and hates her job. I no longer go to this Dunkin' Donuts for coffee.

i will not be going back when you pay almost 7 dollars for a drink you expect to get what you order but like in the past at this store that dont happen :(

Was there this morning. First time at this franchise in years. Will never go back. They charge you and you pay before you complete and receive your order. I mistakenly ordered a dozen donuts and was charged for and paid for a dozen. My wife wanted a fritter and i was rudely told that a fritter is not a donut and those were not included in the price. I would have accepted my mistake had not MR. DONUT been so rude. I completed the dozen. When we sampled the donuts, the sugar donuts were stale. A day old. I will not be a customer again. At least at Walmart I can get what I want out of the self service bin.

Its Never open at 5 am...... I go to work early, a nice cup of coffee would help plus a donut.

I had went to this restaurant for the first time last week and went back tonight hoping for a change. I was approached with the same darn issues! I had went in the first time because I heard that the they sold individual mini sized ice cream cakes and I love trying new treats. So I went in with the hopes of trying one. First off I was greeted by this nice young lady and I had asked her the same question I had asked the older Arabic guy (not a racist comment; simply giving details) last week; "so what's in them"? "What are the flavors"? Last weeks problem with the Arabic guy was the communication barrier between him and I. He did not speak English clearly if at all and after 10 minutes of trying to explain to him my simple question, turns out he had NO IDEA what was in the product that THEY ARE SELLING!!!!!!! Here's the thing....I feel like if any restaurant is going to introduce a new product they should be knowledgeable of what they are selling!!!!!! I can not emphasize that statement enough!!!! That is super annoying to get so excited to try a new product and the employee has no idea what it is either! Not only did he not know but none of the other employees knew either! I just ended up getting ice cream since I can READ the descriptions and know whats in the ice cream!!!!!! So I went back tonight to try again. I ended up getting greeted by the nice lady I mentioned before. I asked her the same question. She also had NO CLUE what each cake was or what was in them. She did not even had an IDEA of which each was called!!! So she asked someone else to come over and help and wouldnt you know who shows up?!?!?! That very same guy who had no clue last week nor tonight of what the cakes were!!!!! You would think that he would have become more knowledgeable or at the VERY least familiar with the freakin product! So a manager finally goes over to a freezer where they sell the product in fours and just read the box of to me; but still could not tell me what was inside of it! So here's my thing .....I feel like the Managers could do a better job of informing or training their employees on the products in which THEY SELL!!!!!!! I also feel like the managers manager could do a better job at training the management team on the basic product knowledge!!!!! Point is ....unless you can speak the same language the arabic guy spoke or unless you can read ice cream descriptions this is not the restaurant to go to!!!! Seriously this place, the managers, and the employees are a joke! Do not waste your time or money on this restaurant! !!!!!
