Both my wife and I commented how watered down our drinks were. Hers was a coffee latte, mine was a chai latte. We drank them anyway because the line was out the door, and we were in a bit of hurry. On the way out, I mentioned to the barista that our drinks were a bit watery. She said: "The drink from that empty cup you have right there?"(implying that I was lying). I said "Yes. I was thirsty, so I drank it anyway." We will go back, as it is the only one in Estes, but will tailor our drink orders accordingly. This was an isolated incident(been there many times), but worth mentioning as it left us both unhappy with our visit.
