This restaurant is very good. Chile rellano was very delicious, with great sides and chile. Service was great as well, recommended if looking for a positive twist on Mexican fare.

If there were another star I'd give them 6!! Love the bar area most, bartenders are always social and happy. Love their long island :) It's our Must Stop place any time we are in Estes.

Visited Ed's for the first time on Saturday after a family hike. And it was FANTASTIC. The service was awesome (wish I could remember the waiters name), the food was fresh, and hands down the best Salsa I have ever had. We always fly by the seat of our pants when it comes to trying new places and this was a great surprise. Can't wait to go back. Job well done...Oh, and do they charge for their chips and salsa? Yes, BUT well worth it. And it is bottomless. Spend the $2, and support a great joint with nice people :)

Way better than outside decor. Yum on Margs. Tortas filling great. Bread could had chewier crust. Salsa great. Pozole was the surprise. Great fresh clear broth. We ordered two more cups after first one. Burger phenomenal. Very friendly staff to boot.

The atmosphere and service was fine. The magaritas were really bad. I ordered a frozen Top Shelf Margarita ($11) and it tasted super watered down. I had them remake it 'on the rock' and it still was water. Even my wife's strawberry margarita didn't taste like strawberry. The Chili Relleno was good but super small. Chips tasted like yesterday's chips (not made fresh daily as they claimed) although the salsa was good. For what we paid, we won't be back.
