Ginger Bar & Grill
Reviews
Went there for a birthday party Friday my my sister ordered risotto cakes, chicken fettuccini, strawberry sundae. The waitress Tracy took down the names and orders but that was useless. My sister asked her where her risotto was because everyone received there ginger salad which was a block of lettuce basically a $1 salad, Tracy supposedly went to go check on it was gone for 30 minutes comes back with the main coarse I asked her what happened to the risotto she says someone else took the risotto, okay so can the kitchen make another one, she said the kitchen ran out, horrible. Then in the middle of dinner Tracy makes an announcement to the party did anyone take a risotto that wasn't there WTF really inappropriate. I go outside to calm my nerves with a cigarette the birthday girl was out there and told me Tracy complained to her that Kristy was upset about her risotto. Really I know she's a waitress but common sense you don't complain to the Birthday girl about something that was your mistake on there birthday at there birthday party. I had fun with my family and friends but service is HORRIFIC.
Was there for a dinner on a Friday night. The place and the band looks good. the servers are not at all friendly/smiley, not inviting and especially the food is horrible. We ordered two dishes one is the Grilled Salmon, which seems to be very itchy when eaten for the entire family (not for just one). The shrimp and Ravoli, is also terrible as for the entire dish we have to search for the shrimp which are like the samllest I have ever seen. May the bar is good but not advisable for dining at this place.
Enjoyed our Saturday night drinks @ the bar. Excellent service by the bar server.
Great
