I tried the Falafel sandwich, it was delicious. I would give 5 * had the falafel been cooked for 1.5 minutes more. I'll definitely be going back again.
Probably the best Mediterranean food in Fremont -- and the ambience is not that of a take-out, but actually nice. They even have outdoor seating. Falafel, in particular, is crispy, flavorful and tasty. Lamb shawarma worked pretty well with their hummus - so we will be coming back, for sure. And, and the desserts are EPIC - Knafeh is magical.
Located in a funky looking mini strip mall, this unassuming restaurant has one of the best falafel sandwiches that I have had in some time. The falafel was fantastically crisp on the outside with a delicious and moist interior. The sandwich is loaded up with cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles, and other assorted deliciousness without making the sandwich soggy or unwieldy to eat. Extra bonus points for the great hot sauce - loved it!
It's impossible to go wrong at this place. Falafel, shawrsrmarara, babaganoucheshe, houghmmuse... everything is delicious and hard to spell.
