El Rio has the best food in the KRV ! Their Carne Asada taco is the best is the state of California bar none ! My wife and I eat there every week and the food is always good. Would recommend to all my friends

They use to have the best food in the valley but the new el Rio.in lake Isabella has gotton really bad the last to times I have eaten there the steak was so dry and hard it looked like it had been sitting around for days it was bad what ever you do don't carry out and the service sucks no one there but they were busy for the prices.they need to get it together
