I have been here several times and finally decided to share a review. This is always the loudest restaurant in town and it can be difficult to have a conversation with the people sitting at the same table. The food is good, but the service is poor and slow, especially for a restaurant trying to come off as fine dining. The final straw was my work colleague and I both had our vehicles broken into in the parking lot. I was parked not more than 50ft from the front door of the restaurant. The manager had nothing to say except that they do not have any security cameras. The quality of the food is not worth having to put up with the atmosphere, poor service, and risk of property damage. I will not be returning to Five.
We've been going here since it opened and have tried many items on the menu. Most of the time the food is great and the servers are always personable. The manager (Nick) and the owner (Pasquale) keep on top of everything. It's always a pleasant experience to spend an evening at Five!
Whether it be for dinner or happy hour, I've always had a great experiences here. The food is excellent, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasing. A favorite of mine for happy hour are the Tuscan nachos. The nachos are a cross between an Asian/Italian/Mexican appetizer; fried wonton chips, cheese, Italian sausage, Alfredo sauce, avocado, and pico de gallo. It seems like a weird combo, but it works. On my most recent dinner outing, I was looking to order a vegetarian dish. I tried the gnocchi in a creamy pesto sauce and was not disappointed. The sauce was so good I probably could have eaten an entire loaf of bread to sop up the remaining sauce. Whether you're looking for a place to go after work for cocktails and appetizers or looking for a date night dinner spot, this place would be a great place to consider.
My first experience with this restaurant was via company event. The Service was outstanding and the food was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be going back to Five soon and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good meal and atmosphere.
