Brewers Restaurant & Sports Bar
Reviews
Brewers is a sports bar with lots of TVs, but unlike many other places, they don't dominate the room too badly. The room is very bright and large, so there's always a place to sit where you can sit to watch or game, or avoid them if you just want to eat. It's a great place to watch the NFL or March Madness, since they are real flexible about putting up any game (for football season, they label which TV is showing which game which is super helpful when you're looking for a seat). The food is more creative than a standard sports bar, too. The standards (burgers, wings, etc) are all there, but they are well done. I have had their flatbreads (aka pizza) and calzones and they are excellent. Service is great. Even on busy game days, items are coming out of the kitchen quickly; I've been many times on Sunday mornings and can't remember being perturbed by any delays.
Good burgers, but not outstanding. Both times we went there, the serving staff knew nothing about their own alcohol selection. On the first visit the waitress didn't even know what scotch was. My father-in- law got an in house beer that was syrupy and sweet. The atmosphere is loud and obnoxious.
Cool little joint. I enjoyed it very much. I had a calzone and you definitely get your moneys worth! The service their was pretty good too.
Service is poor, food okay and mediocre selection of craft beers.
I love the flat bread! They have some really good burgers too. Nice little place to grab a burger and a beer. I've been several times and the food has always been pretty good.
